Return Policy

  • Please inspect your Neko Habitat™ items prior to use. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
  • We gladly accept returns for new and unused items up to 30 days from date of purchase. Any refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
  • Refunds for items returned 30 or more days after the purchase date will be in the form of a Store Credit redeemable on your next purchase. Store Credit is valid for six months from the date of issue and the amount will be deducted from your next purchase.
  • The return shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returned items must be in resalable condition, free from fur, wear or damage. Please note that used items are not returnable for a refund, Store Credit or exchange due to sanitary reasons.
  • Returns will only be accepted if a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) has been issued. Please contact Customer Service (custservice@nekohabitat.com) for an RMA #. You will receive an email notification with your assigned RMA #. Go to the RMA # link and fill in the relevant fields, including a reason for your return. Items must be returned within seven days of receiving your RMA #. You will receive an email notification once your item(s) has been received and processed.
  • We reserve the right to inspect and determine if the product is resalable before issuing a refund or Store Credit.
  • To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.
  • We highly recommend that you obtain proof of mailing and insure any items that are returned to us as we will not be liable for any damage or loss during transit.

  • Gift Items may be returned for a Store Credit to your Neko Habitat account (you will need to register your details at My Account). Items must be in resalable condition, free from fur, wear or damage. Please note that used items are not returnable for a refund, Store Credit or exchange due to sanitary reasons.
  • Sale Items are not returnable – Sorry!

Exchange Policy

  • We gladly accept exchanges of new and unused items up to 30 days from date of purchase.
  • Please specify the model and color required of your new item(s) when requesting your RMA #.
  • Please be aware that you may be required to pay any item price difference, as well as any customs, taxes and import duties (for international customers).
  • Write the RMA # on your return package (follow Return Policy procedures stated above). You will receive email notification once your item(s) has been received and processed, and your new order will be subsequently dispatched.
  • Items being returned for exchange must be in resalable condition, free from fur, wear or damage. Please note that used items are not returnable for a refund, Store Credit or exchange for sanitary reasons.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but shipping costs for the new items will be waived.
  • A new shipment tracking # will be assigned to the new order via email.

Warranty Policy

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Upon receipt, please inspect the items for any damage due to shipping and notify UPS immediately.
  • Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition and/or experience any shortages, please contact us immediately, or no later than seven days of receipt, so we can replace or repair your item. After seven days, customer will be charged for replacement parts.
  • Our liability is limited to the failure of the specific component piece of the item (i.e. cushion, furniture unit, attached hardware, etc) and does not cover wear and tear, damage from scratchy cats or chewy dogs and/or damage to cushion due to improper washing methods.
  • Where the component piece proves to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace that component piece free of charge, or give a full refund within seven to ten business days of the date of receipt at Neko Habitatâ„¢ headquarters. In the latter case, we will reimburse the cost of delivery back to us.
