Customs, Taxes and Import Duties

• Any customs, taxes or import duties that are payable in the recipient’s country are solely the responsibility of the recipient. They will not be refunded should you wish to cancel your order or return any item to us for exchange or refund.

Delivery and Product Availability

• Your order will be delivered by UPS (United Parcel Service).
• On all products, we offer a flat ground shipping rate of $7.95 within the continental USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
• International orders do not qualify for a flat ground shipping rate.
• Return shipping and any international import fees are not refundable.
• All items are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If an item is back-ordered or discontinued, this will be indicated on the website at Our Products whenever possible, and we will contact you by e-mail and suggest an alternative item or you will have the opportunity to cancel your order. Where this is part of a larger order, we will process and dispatch the available items to you in the normal manner.
• We will endeavor to dispatch all items that are in stock within 48 hours after receipt of your order. However, in situations of a back-order, we reserve the right to notify you of a delay of up to three weeks and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
