All our products were designed with love and “Made in the USA” using quality materials and state-of-the-art workmanship to provide many years of happy use. We are confident that you and your beloved pet(s) will adore your new item(s), so here are a few tips to ensure its longevity:
- All beds are made from a sturdy ¼ inch (6 mm) translucent acrylic frame with stainless steel legs / feet.
- To wipe and clean bed, use a mild soap or dishwashing liquid and warm water with a non-abrasive cloth or sponge.
- Always place on a flat surface for maximum stability.
- Do not place on a surface that scratches easily.
- Do not drop from any height to avoid the possibility of scratching or cracking.
- Do not place near heat or an open flame.
- Legs / feet can be tightened with a Phillips screwdriver if they become loose over time.
- To clean cushion, we recommend you first take a vacuum or fabric lint roller to the cushion to remove as much fur as possible. Then use a clean rag and warm water with a very mild soap solution to spot clean. Cushion can also be machine washed cold (front loading only), gentle / delicate cycle, using a mild detergent.
- Re-fluff cushion after washing and line or dry flat. No dryer, bleach, hot iron or open flame.
- For pet use only. Not to be used as a step stool, chair or any other type of human use.
- Maximum weight-bearing load of 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
